The Chumba Casino merchandise site is where players go to request the physical items for which they have qualified by playing our games at ChumbaCasino.com, or through the other ways to qualify for items.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET CHUMBA CASINO MERCHANDISE?
To be eligible for Chumba Casino merch, you need to have qualified by participating in and/or winning a corresponding event on Chumba Casino.
ONCE I’VE QUALIFIED FOR MERCH, WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO REQUEST MY CHUMBA CASINO MERCHANDISE?
When you qualify for Chumba Casino merch, we’ll send you an email with a link to the Chumba Casino merchandise site and a code, which you use to request your items.
The first time you receive a code, you’ll need to create an account on the Chumba Casino merchandise site. This will allow you to save different addresses, and look at your request history.
Once you have created an account, select your preferences, where applicable (size, color, for instance), accept the Terms of Use, and continue with your request, such as putting in any special delivery instructions. After that, submit your request and that’s it.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY REQUEST?
After you submit your request, you’ll receive an email (to the email you used to set up your merch account), with a summary of your items and details of where you requested them to be shipped. Your request goes to our distributor. Our distributor receives your request and processes it.
Once the request has been processed, your items will be shipped. At that point you’ll receive another email, with the tracking information, so you can track the items directly with the shipping company. Please note, if your item involves any type of customization, such as a name plate on a trophy, it will take around 10 business days for the name plate to be made and applied to your trophy, so please bear that in mind.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CHUMBA CASINO ITEMS?
It will depend on what you qualified for. As outlined above, if your items include a trophy, that’ll take longer, because we need to make the name plate and apply it to your trophy. However, generally speaking, we aim to ship out items within 10 business days of receiving your request. This will be influenced, also, by other factors, such as public vacation days and peak periods (such as December).
THE ITEMS I RECEIVED AREN’T WHAT I REQUESTED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The easiest thing to do is to send us an email. Give us as much information as you can, such as the event you won/qualifying event, and a summary of items you won, and what we can support you with. That will help us investigate the situation, identify the concern and remedy it, as quickly as we can.
THE CODE I RECEIVED DOESN’T WORK.
The code we send you is unique to your event and items. It cannot be used for any other events or items. Nor can it be used by multiple people. If your code does not work, please send us an email, with as much background info as you have—the event you won, what device you used (mobile or computer), etc.
THE CODE I RECEIVED IS FOR DIFFERENT MERCHANDISE FROM WHAT I WON.
If your code shows different merch from what you won, please send us an email, and let us know what you should have won and what the code shows you. Maybe you can send us a screenshot if that’s possible. That will help us investigate the situation, identify the concern and remedy it, as quickly as we can.
